POSITION OPENING: Full-Time Police Officer
The Town of Houlton, Maine is currently accepting applications for a full-time Police Officer. This professional entry level position encompasses all aspects of law enforcement including community relations. Interested applicants must hold a valid Maine motor vehicle operator’s license, high school diploma or higher education preferred, if prior or current military a copy of the DD214 or active status documents. Prior law enforcement experience is preferred but not required. Final applicant will undergo an extensive background investigation, polygraph, physical assessment, drug testing, physiological testing and oral boards. Interested applicants are urged to apply.
