PUBLIC SAFETY DISPATCHER

The Town of Houlton is seeking applicants for full-time Public Safety Dispatcher. Experience is preferred but not required. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Applicant must be able to multi-task, work with computer software and have outgoing communication skills. Applicant must be able to work a variety of shifts and available for over-time. A job description is available upon request.

Applicants cannot have a criminal record or an extensive motor vehicle history. Final candidates will undergo an extensive background investigation and other related testing. The Town of Houlton offers a competitive compensation and benefit package.
